Purpose of the job

Reporting to the Chief Certification Engineer / Project Team Leader you would complete AHUK Airworthiness and Certification activities in support of approval of changes and in service support thereafter.
Carry out the Avionics/Electrical maintenance and repair on Airbus Rotorcraft. AS350, AS355 Series, AS365, EC120, EC130, EC135, EC145 and EC155.

Responsible for Part M/A8-25 medium/short term planning requirements, Part 145/A8-23 material planning requirements and the production of work-packs to support aircraft scheduled maintenance inputs. Review of Aircraft base maintenance work packages prior to A/C departure. Update of Maintenance tracking system post maintenance interventions. The Part M/A8-25 planner is also responsible for raising and the upkeep of the maintenance forecasting sheet(s).
The B1.3 Certifying Engineer is responsible for the certification of line, non-routine maintenance and repair on Airbus H135/H145 rotorcraft. Type training will be provided for a suitable candidate.
We are seeking a Regional Engineer to Provide Line Support for aircraft based at Police and Air Ambulance line stations in Western England & Wales. This is a Field based role, however from time to time there will be a requirement to attend our bases at Hawarden or Oxford to assist with base or line maintenance activity.
The successful candidate will report to the maintenance operations manager and be primarily responsible for performing routine visits, scheduled line maintenance and defect rectification at customer line stations. This will require close liaison with the customer, planning and the AHUK customer support manager.
