Purpose of the job

The B1 Certifying Engineer (Base) is responsible for the certification of Base, scheduled and non-routine maintenance and repair on Airbus H135 rotorcraft. Type training will be provided for a suitable candidate.

Minimum requirements

  • Right to work in the UK

  • 3 years’ experience in a certifying role or equivalent

  • Experience of Base Maintenance

  • Leadership, experience as a lead engineer or Crew Chief

  • EASA Part 66 B1.3 Licence (Turbine Rotorcraft)

  • Required travel between Shawbury, Valley and areas dictated by operational requirements (deployments on a 3 weekly cycle).

    MFTS Operations Controller

    The Operations Controller is responsible for the daily liaison with the customer and end-user, regarding the H135 and H145 fleet plan – including the daily and weekly flying programmes.

    Minimum Requirements

  • Baseline personnel security clearance is required for this position

  • Previous experience in a daily fleet planning role – airport or military aircraft operations is desirable

  • Experience of project/operations management in the aerospace industry

    MFTS Health & Safety Environment Advisor - 1 year FTC

    Purpose of the job

    The health & safety environment advisor will be responsible for investigating/recording/reporting incidents, accidents & complaints and reporting Infrastructure/facility issues to the Babcock facility management team.

    Minimum Requirements

    Purpose of the job

    The Licensed B1.3 engineer to provide base and line support from AHUK Hawarden, however this is a role that requires flexibility and there will be a requirement to deploy to line stations for line maintenance and defect rectification.

    Purpose of the job

    The Project Manager within AHUK project management office, will be responsible for the delivery of puma design support and projects as tasked.

    Purpose of the job

    The Technical Services Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Continuing Airworthiness Manager in discharging the duties and responsibilities of the technical services department. Primarily responsible for the day to supervision of the airworthiness & publications section, supporting airworthiness activity, prioritising and delegating tasks and demands placed upon the airworthiness and publications section in the course of normal business activity.

    The Senior Certification Engineer is responsible for Airworthiness and Certification activities in support of approval of changes and in service support thereafter.

    Minimum requirements

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Minimum of 10 years industry related experience in aircraft/rotorcraft or equivalent

  • Working Knowledge of FAR/JAR/CS 27 and 29 Certification Specifications

  • Working Knowledge of EASA IR 21J DOA and MAA DAOS process and practices

  • A broad engineering knowledge of aircraft airframe, electrical and mechanical systems

  • Good working knowledge and well-practiced in compliance findings with certification codes
