    Contracts Manager

    Purpose of the job

    The contracts manager is required to:

  • Lead maintenance contract generation and management, including all AHUK functions where necessary
  • Be the accountable manager of your Maintenance Contracts and work together with the Customer Support Managers (CSMs) to liaise with the relevant customers
  • Prepare financial review meetings for maintenance contract performance with XMT and board Members (MD, Finance Director, Civil Business Director)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction & participation to any Lost Deals analysis reviews
  • Demonstrate efficient working relations with interfacing teams

    Purpose of the job

    The Facilities Assisstant is required to assist the Facilities Manager in all aspects of the efficient operation of the Facilities department including Health and Safety and is the first point of contact with our internal customers, dealing proactively and pragmatically with their queries

    Minimum requirements

    Senior Airworthiness Engineer

    Purpose of the job

    To facilitate and ensure that design solutions meet certification and airworthiness requirements in an effective manner throughout the design process.
    To ensure any reported failures, malfunctions or defects associated with AHUK designs are assessed to determine effects on the continuing airworthiness of the product.
    To ensure any necessary corrective actions are carried out in an appropriate timescales.

    Purpose of the job

    The Chief Commercial Officer is to provide financial and commercial support to the Head of Defence Business and other members of the Defence Department. This vacancy is more weighted to the financial aspects of the role

    Purpose of the job

    The B1 Certifying Engineer is responsible for the certification of line, non-routine maintenance and repair on Airbus H135/H145 rotorcraft. Type training will be provided for a suitable candidate.

    Minimum requirements

  • Right to work

  • Must have thorough knowledge of engine and airframe systems

  • Knowledge of specialised test equipment relating to engine and airframe systems

  • Must have up to date knowledge of:
    - EASA regulations, particularly Pt 145, Part M and UK ANOS
    - Continued Airworthiness Management (CAM) Flight/Airport Operations
    - Flight/Airport Operations
    - Aircraft Line Maintenance

  • Required to work shifts as part of normal working routine

  • Required to travel between Shawbury, Valley and areas dictated by Operational requirements (Deployments on a 3 weekly cycle)

  • EASA Part 66 B1.3 Licence (Turbine Rotorcraft)

    Puma Mk2 Technical Representative (Mechanical)

    Purpose of the job

    The RAF Benson Puma Mk2 Technical Representative (Mechanical) is responsible for providing Airbus Helicopters underwritten advice to UK MOD for the AH design elements of the UK MOD operated Puma Mk2 platform. You must act as a focal point for all Puma Mk2 technical issues. You will be required to attend regular meetings with UK MOD and represent the AH. You must act as a vital link in the Airworthiness information chain.

    Minimum requirements

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Minimum 10 years Helicopter Maintenance Engineer or ex-MoD Aircraft Engineer/Technician

  • Experience in customer technical support

  • Aircraft Maintenance Certifying Engineer Standard Level 3/ONC/OND

  • Engineering experience working on Puma helicopters

  • Necessary experience and qualifications to be able to offer high quality technical advice and support

  • Necessary level of experience to give basic repair advice on non-vital structures in line with AH policies and technical publications

  • Knowledge in use of Aircraft Technical

  • Knowledge of MoD Fault Investigation, MoD Unsatisfactory Feature Reporting Process, and MoD Engineering Publications

  • Competent in MS Office

  • Full driving licence required

  • Ability to work to deadlines independently
